03 Description of Services

OM HOMOEOPATHIC provides the following services subject to these Terms:

Clinical Services

In-person homeopathic consultation, diagnosis, chronic disease management, and counseling.

Digital Services

Online appointment scheduling, video/tele-consultations, and digital prescription delivery.

04 Tele-Consultation Specifics

By opting for a tele-consultation (video/audio call), you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of remote diagnosis.

  • Physical examination is not possible remotely; diagnosis depends on the accuracy of information provided by you.
  • Technical failures (internet loss, call drops) are not the liability of the Hospital.
  • We reserve the right to recommend an in-person visit if the doctor deems the condition unsuitable for remote management.
  • Recording of consultations by the patient without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

05 User Obligations

As a user/patient, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current medical history and personal details.
  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Hospital.
  • Refrain from abusive language or behavior towards hospital staff.

06 Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments are subject to doctor availability. Confirmation is sent via SMS/Email.
  • Delay: While we strive to adhere to schedules, medical emergencies may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • No-Show: Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice may result in a "No-Show" fee or restriction on future bookings.

07 Fees, Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

Consultation fees must be paid in full before or at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

Refund Policy

  • Consultation Fees: Generally non-refundable once the consultation (online or offline) has concluded.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel 24 hours before the appointment, a full refund (minus processing charges) may be applicable.
  • Medicines: Medicines once sold cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.

All content available on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of OM HOMOEOPATHIC Hospital or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
